How To Make Granola Bars?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper

Mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and a pinch of salt in a bowl

Warm honey or maple syrup with peanut butter and a little oil or butter in a saucepan

Stir in vanilla extract

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients

Mix until everything is evenly coated

Fold in dried fruit or chocolate chips if desired

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan

Bake for 18 to 25 minutes until lightly golden

Cool completely in the pan

Lift out and cut into bars

Store in an airtight container
