How to Make Greek Tzatziki?

2 cups Greek yogurt

1 cucumber

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Grate the cucumber

Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber

Mix the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper

Chill before serving
