How To Make Hibachi?

Heat a large skillet, griddle, or wok over medium-high heat

Add oil and let it get hot

Cook bite-size pieces of chicken, shrimp, steak, or vegetables until browned and cooked through

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and a little soy sauce

Push the food to the side of the pan

Add butter and minced garlic to the empty space

Stir in soy sauce, a little sugar, and optional teriyaki sauce

Toss everything together until coated

Cook fried rice separately with butter, eggs, soy sauce, peas, carrots, and onions

Serve with hibachi vegetables such as zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and broccoli

Add dipping sauces like yum yum sauce or ginger sauce if desired
