Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup rolled oats, and 1/2 cup peanut butter in a bowl
Add 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and 1 egg
Stir until a dough forms
Add a little water if the dough is too dry
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick
Cut into biscuit shapes with a cookie cutter or knife
Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until firm and lightly browned
Let the biscuits cool completely
Store in an airtight container
