2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whisk the milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves
Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker
Churn according to the machine instructions
Transfer to a freezer-safe container
Freeze for 2 to 4 hours until firm
Scoop and serve
