How To Make Homemade Noodles?

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

2 to 4 tablespoons water

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl

Make a well in the center

Add the eggs and 2 tablespoons water

Stir until a shaggy dough forms

Add more water a little at a time if needed

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes

Roll the dough out thinly

Dust with flour to prevent sticking

Fold the dough loosely if needed

Cut into strips with a knife or pizza cutter

Unfold the noodles

Boil a pot of salted water

Cook the noodles for 2 to 4 minutes

Drain and serve immediately
