1 cup honey
1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1 small pinch salt
Combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan
Warm over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes without boiling
Stir in vinegar and salt
Remove from heat and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes
Strain if desired
Let cool
Transfer to a jar or bottle
Store sealed at room temperature or in the refrigerator
