Choose your juice, puree, yogurt, or flavored liquid
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds
Insert sticks into the molds
Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles
Freeze until solid, usually 4 to 6 hours
Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the pops
Remove the ice pops and serve immediately
