How To Make Icecream?

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Whisk the sugar, salt, milk, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves

Stir in the heavy cream

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker

Churn according to the machine instructions

Transfer to a container

Freeze until firm

Scoop and serve
