Add 1 to 2 tablespoons hot (not boiling) water
Whisk until smooth and lump-free
Fill a glass with ice
Pour in the prepared matcha
Add 6 to 10 ounces milk (dairy or oat/almond) or water
Stir gently to combine
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or simple syrup if desired
Serve immediately
