Smelt the iron ore in a furnace, blast furnace, or smoker with fuel
Collect the iron ingots
Open a crafting table
Place 6 iron ingots in the crafting grid
Arrange them in 2 horizontal rows of 3 ingots each
Take the 16 iron bars from the result slot
