1 can tuna, drained
1 to 2 tablespoons gochujang
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar or honey
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Mix gochujang, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar or honey, and garlic in a bowl
Add the drained tuna
Stir until evenly coated
Fold in green onion and sesame seeds
Serve with rice, lettuce, seaweed, or toast
