Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup kimchi, chopped
2 tablespoons kimchi juice
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup pork, spam, or bacon, diced
1 egg
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat
Add onion and garlic, then cook until fragrant
Add pork, spam, or bacon, then cook until browned
Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes
Add gochujang, soy sauce, and kimchi juice, then mix well
Add cooked rice and break up any clumps
Stir-fry until the rice is evenly coated and heated through
Drizzle in sesame oil and mix well
Cook a fried egg in a separate pan
Serve the kimchi bokkeumbap topped with the fried egg
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
