Whisk 2 large eggs, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Pour the lemon mixture over the hot crust
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the filling is set
Cool completely in the pan
Chill before cutting into bars
Dust with powdered sugar before serving
