Pat chicken wings dry
Season wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little paprika
Toss wings with a small amount of oil
Bake at 425°F for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes
Melt butter in a bowl
Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt
Toss cooked wings in the lemon pepper butter
Serve immediately
