How To Make Mango Ice Cream?

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, optional

Blend the mangoes until smooth

Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form

Fold in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sugar if using

Add the mango puree and mix until combined

Pour into a freezer-safe container

Cover and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm

Scoop and serve chilled
