How To Make Matcha Latte?

Sift 1 to 2 teaspoons matcha powder into a bowl

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons hot water (about 70–80°C / 160–175°F)

Whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy

Heat milk (about 6–10 oz) and steam or warm until hot

Pour milk into the matcha

Sweeten to taste (optional)

Stir gently and serve immediately
