1 cup granulated sugar or sea salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
5 to 10 drops essential oil, optional
1 tablespoon ground oats or coffee grounds, optional
Mix the sugar or salt with the oil in a bowl
Add honey and essential oil if using
Stir until the texture is thick and spreadable
Add oats or coffee grounds if desired
Transfer to a clean jar with a lid
Apply to damp skin in gentle circular motions
Rinse with warm water
Store in a cool, dry place
