Gather dried oregano leaves

Place the oregano in a clean, dry glass jar
Add a carrier oil such as olive oil, avocado oil, or almond oil until the oregano is fully covered
Stir gently to remove air bubbles
Seal the jar tightly
Place the jar in a warm, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks
Shake the jar gently every day
Strain the oil through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer
Transfer the strained oil to a clean glass bottle
Store the oil in a cool, dark place
Use within a few months
