Gather colored paper, scissors, glue, and a pencil
Cut the paper into petal shapes
Cut a small circle for the flower center
Curl or shape the petals with your fingers
Arrange the petals around the center
Glue the petals to the center
Add more layers of petals if desired
Cut a green strip for the stem
Roll or fold the green strip into a stem
Attach the stem to the back of the flower
Cut leaf shapes from green paper
Glue the leaves to the stem
Let the glue dry completely
