Gather tissue paper, scissors, floral wire or pipe cleaners, and floral tape
Stack several tissue paper sheets neatly on top of each other
Fold the stacked paper accordion-style into even sections
Secure the center of the folded paper with a pipe cleaner or wire
Trim the ends into rounded, pointed, or scalloped shapes
Gently separate each tissue layer one at a time
Pull the layers toward the center to form a ফুল-like shape
Fluff and adjust the petals until the flower looks full
Wrap the stem with floral tape if desired
Repeat with different colors and sizes to make more flowers
