Open Facebook and go to your profile
Tap or click Photos
Select the photo you want to make private
Open the photo
Tap or click the three dots menu
Choose Edit privacy or Edit audience
Select Only me
Save the changes
Repeat for each photo you want to hide
To make an album private, open the album
Tap or click the three dots menu on the album
Choose Edit
Set the audience to Only me
Save the album settings
Check your profile privacy settings
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Privacy Checkup
Review who can see your posts and photos
Limit past posts if needed
Remove tags from photos you do not want linked to your profile
Turn on Timeline and Tagging review to approve tagged photos before they appear
Use audience selector before posting new photos
Choose Only me, Friends, or a custom audience when uploading photos
