Press Windows key + V
Turn on Clipboard history if prompted
Use the Clipboard panel to view copied items
Open Settings > System > Clipboard to manage clipboard options
Use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste
Use Win + R, type `clipbrd`, and press Enter on older Windows versions if available
