Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Unroll a can of refrigerated crescent dough
Separate the dough into triangles
Place one sausage on the wide end of each triangle
Roll the dough around the sausage, tucking the ends underneath
Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down
Brush with melted butter (optional)
Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve hot with mustard, ketchup, or your preferred dipping sauce
