Use a red watercolor paint and add plenty of water
Mix a small amount of red with white watercolor if available
Dilute red with water until it becomes a pale pink
Start with a tiny amount of red and gradually increase if needed
Use a clean brush and palette to keep the pink light and clear
Test the color on scrap paper before painting
Add more water for a softer pink
Add a little more red for a deeper pink
