3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy

Add flour, salt, and olive oil

Mix until a dough forms

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic

Place dough in a greased bowl and cover

Let rise until doubled in size

Punch down the dough

Divide into equal pieces

Roll each piece into a thin circle

Preheat oven to 475°F

Place dough rounds on a hot baking sheet or baking stone

Bake until puffed and lightly browned
