3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl
Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy
Add flour, salt, and olive oil
Stir until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes
Place dough in a greased bowl
Cover and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
Punch down the dough
Roll or stretch the dough into a pizza shape
Place on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet
Add toppings
Bake at 475°F for 12 to 15 minutes
