Install a presentation app like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or WPS Office
Open the app and sign in if required
Tap the plus icon or New Presentation
Choose a blank presentation or a template
Add a title on the first slide
Tap the plus icon to add more slides
Select a slide layout for each new slide
Type your content into text boxes
Insert images, icons, charts, or shapes if needed
Use the toolbar to change font, color, size, and alignment
Rearrange slides by dragging them up or down
Preview the presentation using slideshow mode
Save the file in the app or cloud storage
Export or share the PPT as a PowerPoint file or PDF
