Select the QR type if prompted (URL, plain text, vCard, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
Set error correction level (if available)
Choose output size (pixels) and margin/quiet zone (if available)
Customize appearance (optional): color, foreground/background, logo (optional)
Generate the QR code
Download the QR code (PNG/SVG recommended)
Test the QR code with multiple devices/cameras
Verify the scanned result matches the intended content
If needed, regenerate with a higher error correction level or different size
