How To Make Ramen?

Gather ingredients: ramen noodles, broth (chicken or pork), aromatics (garlic, ginger), soy sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil (optional), chili oil or paste (optional)

Prepare toppings: sliced green onions, sliced mushrooms, soft-boiled or jammy eggs, cooked chicken or tofu, corn, spinach

Make broth base: heat a pot with a little oil, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant

Add broth: pour in broth and bring to a simmer
