Add 1 packet ranch dip mix to 1 cup sour cream
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Stir until smooth and fully combined
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk to thin to dressing consistency
Mix well again
Chill for 15 to 30 minutes before serving
Stir before using
Add more milk if needed for a thinner dressing
