How To Make Shakshuka?

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Add chopped onion and cook until softened

Add minced garlic and cook briefly

Add sliced bell pepper and cook until tender

Stir in ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper

Add crushed tomatoes and simmer until slightly thickened

Make small wells in the sauce

Crack eggs into the wells

Cover and cook until egg whites are set and yolks are done to your liking

Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro

Serve hot with bread
