1/2 cup white school glue
1/4 cup clothes detergent
Food coloring, optional
Pour the glue into a bowl
Add food coloring, if using
Add the clothes detergent a little at a time
Stir until the mixture starts to clump
Knead with your hands until it becomes slime
Add a small amount more detergent if it is too sticky
Add a little more glue if it is too stiff
Store in an airtight container when finished
