How To Make Suji Ka Halwa?

Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan

Add 1 cup suji and roast on low to medium heat until golden and fragrant

In another pan, boil 2 cups water or milk with 1/2 cup sugar

Carefully pour the hot liquid into the roasted suji while stirring continuously

Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and absorbs the liquid

Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix well

Add chopped nuts and raisins if desired

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more

Turn off the heat and serve warm
