Gather clear contact paper, colorful tissue paper, scissors, string, and a hole punch
Cut the contact paper into your desired shape
Peel off the backing from one side of the contact paper
Place the sticky side up on a flat surface
Tear or cut tissue paper into small pieces
Arrange the tissue paper pieces onto the sticky surface
Cover the design with a second sheet of contact paper
Press firmly to seal the edges and remove air bubbles
Trim the suncatcher into a neat shape if needed
Punch a hole at the top
Thread string through the hole
Hang the suncatcher in a sunny window
