Brown ground beef or turkey in a skillet
Drain excess fat
Add taco seasoning and a little water
Simmer until thickened
Wash and chop lettuce
Dice tomatoes
Shred cheese
Drain and rinse beans if using
Prepare corn, avocado, onions, and other toppings
Crisp tortilla bowls or use pre-made bowls
Fill each bowl with lettuce
Add the seasoned meat
Top with tomatoes, cheese, beans, corn, avocado, and onions
Add salsa, sour cream, or dressing
Serve immediately
