Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap Following
Review the accounts you want to unfollow
Tap Following next to an account
Select Unfollow
Repeat for each account you want to remove
Use the search or sort options to find accounts faster
Remove inactive or unwanted accounts first
Avoid third-party mass unfollow apps
Check Instagram limits to prevent temporary action blocks
Take breaks if you are unfollowing many accounts
