Measure from the center of one lug hole to the center of the opposite lug hole for even-number patterns
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the farthest edge of the opposite lug hole for odd-number patterns
Use a bolt pattern gauge or ruler for accuracy
Record the pattern as number of lugs by bolt circle diameter
Verify the measurement against the vehicle or wheel specifications
