How To Merge 2 Cells In Excel?

Select the two cells you want to merge

Go to the Home tab

Click the Merge & Center drop-down in the Alignment group

Choose Merge Cells

Confirm the merged cell keeps only the upper-left cell’s data

Save the workbook
