Use the Move to iOS app during iPhone setup
On Android, install Move to iOS from Google Play
On iPhone, start setup and choose Move Data from Android
Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network
Enter the code shown on iPhone into the Android app
Select Contacts on the Android device
Tap Next and wait for the transfer to complete
Finish iPhone setup and check the Contacts app
If already set up, export contacts from Android as a .vcf file
Send the .vcf file to iPhone by email, AirDrop alternative, or cloud storage
Open the .vcf file on iPhone and import the contacts
Sync Android contacts with Google
Add the same Google account to iPhone
Turn on Contacts sync in iPhone settings
Verify all contacts appear in the iPhone Contacts app
