Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open File Explorer on your PC
Select your iPhone under This PC
Open the Internal Storage folder
Open the DCIM folder
Copy the photos and videos to a folder on your PC
Use the Windows Photos app and select Import if you prefer an import method
Open the Photos app on your PC
Click Import
Choose From a connected device
Select the photos you want to transfer
Click Import Selected
Use iCloud Photos if your photos are synced to iCloud
Install iCloud for Windows on your PC
Sign in with your Apple ID
Turn on Photos
Download the photos to your PC
Use AirDrop only if transferring to a Mac, not a PC
Use third-party transfer apps if needed
