How To Search In Excel Sheet?

Press Ctrl + F to open the Find box

Type the text, number, or formula you want to search

Press Enter or click Find Next

Use Find All to see every matching result

Click Options to search within a sheet or workbook

Choose Match case if you want exact capitalization

Choose Match entire cell contents to find only exact matches

Use Search by Rows or Search by Columns to control the search direction

Use Look in to search formulas, values, or comments

Press Ctrl + H to open Find and Replace

Enter the text to search in the Find what box

Use Replace to change one match at a time

Use Replace All to change every match at once

Use filters or sort if you want to narrow results before searching

Use Go To Special to find blanks, formulas, constants, or other cell types
