Install Cheat Engine from the official website
Open the game or program you want to modify
Launch Cheat Engine
Click the computer icon in Cheat Engine
Select the target process from the list
Click Open
Enter the value you want to find in the Value box
Choose the correct scan type and value type
Click First Scan
Change the value in the game or program
Enter the new value in Cheat Engine
Click Next Scan
Repeat the change and scan process until few results remain
Double-click the correct address to move it to the address list
Edit the value in the address list
Press Enter or confirm the change
Freeze the value if you want it to stay fixed
Save the table if you want to reuse it later
