Install a mod that allows editing farmhouse interiors, such as Generic Mod Config Menu, CJB Cheats Menu, or a map-editing mod
Back up your save file before making any changes
Open the mod menu or map editor in-game
Locate the spouse room or farmhouse room layout option
Select the spouse room you want to move
Drag the room to the new position if the mod supports dragging
If the mod uses coordinates, enter the new X and Y values
Save the changes in the mod menu or editor
Exit to the title screen and reload the save if required
Verify the spouse room appears in the new location
If the mod does not support moving spouse rooms directly, edit the farmhouse map file with a compatible map editor
Replace the edited map file in the mod or save directory as instructed by the mod author
Test the game after each change to confirm the room placement works correctly
