Update WhatsApp on both Android and iPhone
Make sure the iPhone is new or factory reset
Connect both phones to power
Connect both phones to the same Wi-Fi network
Install the Move to iOS app on Android
Start the iPhone setup process
On the Apps & Data screen, choose Move Data from Android
Open Move to iOS on Android
Follow the on-screen pairing code steps
Select WhatsApp in the data transfer options
Tap Start on Android when prompted
Wait for WhatsApp data to transfer
Finish iPhone setup
Install WhatsApp on the iPhone
Sign in with the same phone number used on Android
Tap Start when WhatsApp asks to import chat history
Wait for the import to complete
Check that chats, media, and groups transferred correctly
