Restart the device
If Safe Mode returns, check for a stuck volume button
Remove any recently installed problematic app
On Android, swipe down and tap the Safe Mode notification if available
On Windows, press Win + R, type msconfig, open Boot, uncheck Safe boot, and restart
On macOS, restart while holding Shift only if you need to enter Safe Mode; then restart normally to exit
If the device still boots in Safe Mode, power off and turn it back on normally
If needed, back up data and perform a factory reset
