Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Select Call settings
Tap Call forwarding
Choose Always forward, When busy, When unanswered, or When unreachable
Enter the forwarding number
Tap Turn on or Enable
To turn it off, return to Call forwarding and disable the option
