Open the PDF in a PDF reader
Enter the password when prompted
Check the bank email or SMS for the password
Use the last 4 digits of your account number if that is the bank’s default password
Use your date of birth in the required format if that is the bank’s default password
Try the customer ID or registered mobile number if that is the bank’s default password
Contact your bank’s customer support if you do not know the password
Reset or request a new statement password through your bank’s online banking or mobile app
Make sure Caps Lock is off and the password format is correct
Save the unlocked PDF only if you are authorized to access it
