Locate the dispenser cover or front panel
Check for a release tab, latch, or side clip
Press or slide the release to unlock it
Lift or pull the cover open
If it is locked, use the key or manufacturer tool if provided
Refill the soap reservoir as needed
Close the cover until it clicks into place
