Check the dispenser type
Look for a refill cap, top lid, or hidden latch
Twist the top counterclockwise if it is a screw-on cap
Lift the top straight up if it is a snap-on lid
Press the release tab if there is one
Pull out the inner bottle or reservoir if removable
Refill with soap
Reassemble the dispenser by reversing the steps
